This Privacy Policy describes how Implementation Pro(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service. By using Implementation Pro, you agree to the terms of this policy.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, organization name, role.
  • Implementation data: engagement content, stakeholder names, decisions, risks, scope items, and any documents you upload.
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe; we receive only a customer ID and subscription state, not card numbers.
  • Operational telemetry: structured request logs (path, status, duration, user-agent); used to operate the service. Retained for 30 days.
  • Audit log: who accessed PII (engagement details, member roster, audit export). Retained for the life of the org.

How we use it

  • To operate the service: run AI agents you invoke, deliver artifacts, send notifications you've opted in to.
  • To bill your subscription via Stripe.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To detect abuse (rate limiting, AI-budget enforcement, bot detection via Vercel BotID).

Who we share it with

  • Subprocessors: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email), Google Drive + Rocketlane (artifact delivery, only when you configure them).
  • We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.

Your rights

  • Access + export: contact us at support@implementation-pro.com for a data-portability response within 30 days.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account and org data. Some retention windows apply for legal/billing requirements.
  • Correction: update profile + org details directly in the dashboard.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (Supabase + Vercel storage). RLS policies enforce per-org isolation. We log every PII view to an immutable audit log. We do not store payment card details.

Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
