Terms of Service

By using Implementation Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

Implementation Pro is a SaaS implementation management platform. We provide tools for engagement tracking, AI-powered artifact generation, governance, and reporting.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account.
• One person per account. You may invite teammates to your org with appropriate roles.
• Notify us at support@implementation-pro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limit evasion.
• No uploading content you do not have rights to share.
• No use of AI features to generate content that violates our subprocessors' policies (Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy).
• No use of webhook test-fire or AI agents to attack third-party systems. Outbound URLs are validated; private/cloud-metadata addresses are blocked.

4. Billing

• Subscriptions billed via Stripe. Pricing is per the dashboard at time of subscription.
• Trials convert automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled.
• Refunds at our discretion. Pro-rated refunds offered for first-month accidents on request.
• Plan tier limits are enforced server-side. Exceeding limits may trigger feature gating; you can upgrade from the dashboard.

5. AI features

AI features call Anthropic models on your behalf. AI usage is metered against a daily token budget per org. AI outputs are best-effort suggestions; they are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing with stakeholders.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (engagement data, documents, scope, decisions). We retain ownership of the service itself (UI, templates, agent system prompts, code). You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.

7. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Status is published at /status. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where feasible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access for violations of the acceptable-use rules above. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may request export; after that, it is purged subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

State of Utah, USA. Disputes resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
